Let yourself be led astray with the forward, silky and complex wine that brings together 3 strange bedfellows, Cabernet Franc, Primitivo and Malbec. To add complexity and to retain character, each varietal was fermented separately then blended together just before bottling. 

Cabernet Franc provide structure and backbone to the blend. Primitivo is the saucy tease that brings blackberry jam and spice. Malbec, with its generous mouthfeel and lip-smacking red fruit fits perfectly with these other two, creating a blend that is sure to seduce you with flavor and smoothness. 

 

Serve with  BBQ ribs, slow cooker pot roast, chocolate truffles.
